[NBC 5, 9 January; Dallas News, 10 January] A 22-year-old man from Rockwall, Texas, has reportedly attempted to build a small-scale nuclear power reactor in his garage. Representatives from the police, the FBI and the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission removed equipment from the home at the request of the man's parents. The FBI said that criminal charges against the man will not be filed as he had not actually done anything illegal.
