Areva
will shuffle the CEOs at three of its subsidiaries, the French energy

officer Bob Grubb stepping in as acting president and CEO at that
company starting March 1.

Grubb
holds a master's in science in civil engineering that he's put to use
over 35 years in the nuclear and aerospace industries. According to
his company profile, his areas of technical and management experience
include hazardous materials, linear and nonlinear structural
dynamics, fracture mechanics, fluid structure interaction, statistics
and computer code development. As COO, his duties at Transnuclear

Grubb replaces
sitting president and CEO Tara Neider,

that position, will go on to become president and CEO of Areva Solar.
